When will my order arrive?
In stock collections usually ship within 3 - 5 business days of your order. We may contact you to verify your address prior to shipment. We ship collections via Fedex Ground.
How does the glass wall art hang?
Easily and you only need a hammer! Over 10 years of selling wall art has taught us to keep things simple so our customers can enjoy installing their own glass. We use stainless steel aircraft wire looped around the base of the glass. The hanger is a "tremor," childproof picture hanger with a securing latch for the wire loop.
Can I use the art on a table?
Yes! The piece's clear glass "foot" is ground flat allowing you to display your glass horizontally on a table when not being hung. We craft our pieces for decoration only. Please do not place other items in the glass.
What are your shipping policies?
Shipping and tracking is provided via Fedex Ground. Should the shipment be returned due to non-delivery, the package will reship after buyer pays the Fedex cost to reship. Our shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. Alaska and Hawaii customers please contact us prior to your purchase.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No. We are sorry but due to the pandemic we do not sell or ship to outside of the U.S.
Will you pack the glass safely?
Oh my are we careful with the packing of your glass! We never want our art to arrive in any other condition than how it left us so we spend an inordinate amount of time and detail in packing your glass for shipment. We use biodegradable Bio-Bubble, unprinted newspaper, and multiple piece orders are double-boxed to ensure a safe trip to you.
Do you have bulk discounts?
No and we do not craft in bulk. Being a single blower/assistant working in a small home studio restricts our production volume compared to larger studios and factories. We sell directly to our clients so there are no markups on our pricing as you would see in a typical gallery setting.
Do you offer samples?
No, unfortunately we do not currently have samples to offer. We take great care with our photos so the colors look accurate. We suggest viewing our site on both a computer and a phone/pad to ensure you are seeing the colors correctly.
Do you have a store or studio we can visit?
No, we do not have an open studio and we do not sell through retailers. We enjoy selling directly to our clients and thus the price of our art is not inflated.
